Intec For Business Limited hosts and supports software services "the services" on behalf of its clients. Intec for Business Limited serves as a Data Processor for the clients who use the services, and does not own the information that is submitted via the services. Information that is submitted via the services will be subject to our client's privacy policies. The following information describes how we handle the information for our clients who are owners of the data. This policy only refers to the transfer of Personal Information received through the services.
Because Intec For Business Ltd operates a hosted system it operates as a data processor for its clients. Clients of Intec for Business act as data controllers when using the services. Individual users of the services may interact directly with the clients of Intec for Business rather than with Intec for Business. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the data the client collects can be legally collected in the country of origin
